For over 20 years, we've nurtured strong partnerships with nonprofit organizations spearheading neighborhood redevelopment that is inclusive of low-income individuals and families to create affordable housing and community facilities. We've also maintained a solid performance record for our investors – including banks and foundations – and effectively leverage four times the amount of our financing in actual development-related expenses.
