Our Housing Loans are available to nonprofit community development organizations that are located in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Our financing can be used for home ownership, rental, transitional and special needs housing that is affordable to individuals and families whose annual income does not exceed 80% of area median.

Leviticus Fund provides pre-development, acquisition, construction, rehab, bridge and term loans. Our rates are 7% for bridge or construction loans from 18 months to 2 years, and 6% for amortized loans. Our current loan limit to any single borrower is $1,000,000.
