Our Community Facilities Loans are available to nonprofit organizations for acquisition, construction or rehabilitation of a facility that serves a community-related need and is consistent with Leviticus Fund’s mission.

Borrowers must also be located in New York, New Jersey or Connecticut. We provide pre-development, acquisition, construction, rehab, bridge and term loans. Our rates are 7% for bridge or construction loans from 18 months to 2 years, and 6% for amortized loans. The current loan limit to any single borrower is $1,000,000.
